I love this diet so much, I'm getting fat again!

  • Fresh, organic anti-cancer foods such as sensha green tea, turmeric and pepper in olive oil, omega 3 oils, cabbage, chard, spinach, kale, broccoli...
  • Onion, garlic, ginger, rosemary, tomatoes, beetroot, flaxseed, omega 3 eggs, all and every fruit and vegetable that I can find!
  • Freshly juiced fruit and vegetables, including copious amounts of beetroot and carrot juice
  • Fresh mackerel or other fish high in omega 3 oil
  • Organic meat, Omega3 eggs, and quinoa for protein
  • Limited (whole) grains, NO dairy, NO starchy stuff (potatoes, white flour, pasta etc.), NO refined sugar
